Hammersmith Spirit was inspired by Australia’s longstanding Brandy and Whisky making traditions. Both Brandy and Whisky have been made in Australia since the 19th century. The pristine environment of Australia’s vineyards and farmland produce outstanding winemaking grapes and barley. With pure and flavourfilled raw ingredients Australia’s Brandy and Whisky industry began to flourish! The Hammersmith was tasked with beating sheets of copper into shape to produce stills – a tribute to the Hammersmith!
